Who is a Candidate for iTeeth Dental Implants?

Anyone with missing teeth or needing multiple extractions can get the iTeeth procedure if they have sufficient bone mass in the jaw to support the implants. Fortunately, several sizes of iTeeth implants are available, so even those with some bone loss may be candidates.

Patients with complex medical situations may not be candidates for the iTeeth procedure.

What are the Benefits of iTeeth compared to All-on-4 and TeethXpress?

When discussing full-arch dental implants, the terms All-On-4™, All-On-X, and TeethXpress™ are all phrases that refer to a full arch of replacement teeth supported by dental implants. All-On-4 refers specifically to a full arch of teeth supported by four implants manufactured by Nobel Biocare, while BioHorizons sometimes uses the term TeethXpress. All-On-X refers to full arch dental restorations placed on any number of implants, but usually between four and six in the upper or lower jaw. With the iTeeth procedure, Dr. Pickle offers the equivalent of all these options.

With the iTeeth system, a full arch of teeth can be placed on any number of implants. Pickle Prosthodontics can work with any of the ten current implant lines available, and our own, in-house certified dental lab technicians design and fabricate the restorations.

Can iTeeth Replace Your Teeth in a Day?

Yes! The iTeeth process developed by Dr. Pickle is similar to the “Teeth in a Day” process advertised by some dentists, allowing him to surgically place the implants and attach the customized restorations the same day. The iTeeth procedure requires a few preparatory appointments, and on the day of surgery, we can replace your teeth using the most advanced implants on the market and beautifully crafted crowns or full arch restorations made by our lab.
