Meet Wes Schlauch, CDT

Certified Dental Technician in Colorado Springs CO

Wes is an in-house dental laboratory technician at Pickle Prosthodontics.  He is originally from Castle Rock, Washington and has called Colorado home for 17 years.  He enjoys the opportunity to work directly with patients during all phases of iTeeth, Denture fabrication, and Crown and Bridge fabrication. 

Wes brings 38 years of experience as a Dental Technician and is Nationally board-certified in Crown and Bridge and also holds the Technologist designation.  Wes received his laboratory training in the Air Force attaining an Associates degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.  He also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  During his 20 year career in the Air Force he managed numerous departments ranging from 10-70 technicians.  After the Air Force Wes worked here at Pickle Prosthodontics as the Crown and Bridge technician for 4 years.  During 6 years in Texas he was a department manager in a laboratory and an in-house technician for a general dentist practice.  He has been back with Pickle Prosthodontics for 7 years.

Wes and his wife live in Monument with 3 of their 7 children.  During his off time Wes enjoys spending time with family, being active in church, camping, sports, and hunting.  Wes looks forward to providing the best possible care and dental appliances to the patients of Pickle Prosthodontics.
